welcome! My name is Diana turcios and I’ve been living in austin for 10 years. i have been providing professional sports massage for 7 years and mobile massage for 3.5 years. I started my career in massage therapy 7 years ago after finding my passion for health and wellness, the human body, movement, and the muscular system. I believe massage is necessary to reduce chronic bodily stress and inflammation caused by different lifestyles or illnesses.

As a sports massage therapist, my techniques are mostly centered around healing overworked and stressed muscle tissue and fascia with intuition, precision and lots of patience. Sports massage involves a combination of soft tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point therapy. I like to assess the condition of your fascia, muscle fibers and range of motion to determine the best techniques that will help you revitalize and recover.

because austin is thriving with athletes, wellness lifestyles, fitness pros and everyday gym-goers, my goal is to help be a part of their health goals. i believe results do not always need to come with excruciating pain, so i hold an easy going and patient approach with the body. client satisfaction is my top priority. along with direct client communication, i use my knowledge and intuition developed from thousands of client experiences and biennial trainings to make sure that i leave you with improved results, every time.
