Do you provide massage for multiple people?
We provide back-to-back massages and we also provide massages for corporate retreats, sporting events, bachelorette parties (no bachelor parties), and other various group events. For groups of 3+ call to inquire.
Do you provide any services outside of massage?
We DO NOT provide any service outside of professional massage therapy, cupping and gua sha. Inappropriate messages or requests for services outside of the ones listed will be ignored. Sexual or inappropriate behavior is PROHIBITED and will terminate the session and be paid in full. The client will be blacklisted and reported to the police.
Do I need to provide anything for the massage?
Due to sanitary precautions, the client will provide their own blanket (if needed) and pre-natal pillows. Your massage therapist will provide the massage table, massage sheets, organic oil blend, music, and tools. You are more than welcome to use your own massage sheets, massage table, oils and music.
Do you massage pregnant women?
We provide pre-natal massage during all trimesters, however pillow support is required during 2nd and 3rd. No massage will be performed if you have a high-risk pregnancy.
Can you provide massage for my child?
We do provide massage for minors between 13 and 17 years of age only. A parent or legal guardian will have to complete and sign the intake and consent form on behalf of their child and must be present at the residence in order to provide the service.
How far do you travel?
We serve Travis and Williamson County with exceptions to certain surrounding cities and can travel up to a 22-mile radius from 78744 no charge. If you reside further than this radius, email or text to get an accurate quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
A credit/debit card is required to book all massages. If single massage appointments cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service. If a client no call/no show’s they will be charged the full amount. Group events must pay a 50% deposit when booking services and if cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, deposit will not be refunded. Email to inquire about membership cancellations.
